Product Description
100 x 2.0 Rods Fast growing yellow/green variety, long shoots but lower number of shoots than other varieties. Hardy vigorous variety, producing long straight stems with growth up to 3m a year, traditionally used to make baskets for fishing and agriculture. Other uses include living structures, furniture, drawing charcoal, wind-breaks, soil stabilisation, waste filtration, and fuel. The stems or Rods are very tough and flexible, ideal for construction of living willow structures. Happy in full sun or part shade and thrives on regular watering. It will tolerate a wide variety of soil types.

Delivered on time as promised, well packaged. I planted the whips the next day, and despite the dry Spring they are all doing really well.

Excellent willow and customer service

I required the willow to install spiling to the bankside of a stream that runs at the bottom of our garden. Delivery arrived on time and will packed, so nothing damaged. An arborist friend carried out the installation and commented on the quality of the willow. The spiling was installed on 15th January and is now well established and growing well.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yorkshire Willow.

Great for Christmas Wreath Making Workshop

I ordered 300 x 2.0 metre rods for a wreath making workshop at Christmas. They were very kindly hand delivered in time for my course, and the rods were beautiful and uniform, being woven into natural wreaths by 30 people.

Arrived in good time and well packaged.
Good size and even with bottoms trimmed left plenty to make my willow fence.
Will need to wait until spring to see how they fare.
