Product Description
25cm Cuttings. Fabulous willow with wonderful pitch black bark which has a purple sheen to it. Young growth is a lovely black and green. Grows to 10m. Shining ebony coloured stems throughout winter. Prune hard annually in spring for best bark effect. A lovely ornamental willow. Full sun to shade and will tolerate a wide range of soil types.

A reliable product

I have bought black willow cuttings from this company twice: once in 2017 for my garden in York on a rch loamy soil; and once in 2025 for my parents' garden in Shropshire on a more sandy loam. In both cases the cuttings were delivered as advertised and were 100% successful. The most recent purchases have now sprouted and started to grow, and I fully expect them to be as vigourous as the ones I purchased back in 2017 which I have coppiced several times already. All, a reliable product, definitely recommended.

I bought 100 willow cuttings , and went back for more black and twisted.
The cuttings were excellent and all have sprouted
