Typically delivery will be five-seven working days from order.

We only ship these willow products during ideal planting season, from early November to early April. The shop will then be closed for a period and opened again late summer. Any orders placed then will be shipped mid November.

UK delivery only.

We do not shuip outside UK.

We do not ship to EU, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or IOM. 

Approximate weights for your products ordered are added up and appropriate postage charged based on total weight and maximum length. This includes allowance for packaging costs. Some items are free delivery, this is indicated on online shop listing.

Refund Policy - We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days so that we can arrange return and refund.

Cancellations - Orders placed May through to November can be cancelled prior to 1st December of the same year. All orders can be cancelled prior to them being cut for shipping.
